Hijama/Wet Cupping

Hijama, also known as wet cupping, is a healing method where cups are placed on the skin to create vacuum pressure.

At our advanced physiotherapy clinic, we offer Hijama or wet cupping treatments. As a certified physiotherapist, I use Hijama to enhance patients’ well-being by drawing toxins from the body. This involves placing cups on the skin to create suction, which increases blood circulation and promotes natural healing. Each treatment is tailored to the patient’s needs, ensuring a safe and effective healing process. This ancient technique complements our physiotherapy services, contributing to a holistic approach to health.

Pilates

Pilates is a full-body workout that focuses on strengthening the core and improving flexibility. We incorporate Pilates workouts into our treatment plans. As a certified physiotherapist, I use Pilates to enhance patients’ core stability and efficiency of movement.

This full-body workout focuses on precise movements and specific breathing techniques, improving flexibility and strength. Tailored to individual needs, Pilates can aid in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall fitness, contributing to a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a technique used by healthcare providers, including physical therapists, to address pain and movement issues related to myofascial trigger points.

During this treatment, thin needles are inserted into or near these trigger points. The needles stimulate your muscles, causing them to contract or twitch. This helps relieve pain and improves your range of motion. Unlike trigger point injections, dry needling doesn’t involve any medication—it’s purely a mechanical process. Incorporating dry needling into your clinic’s pain management plan can enhance patient outcomes and contribute to better search engine visibility.

I approched Dr Jasmine for my post op rehabilitation after my ACL surgery. I was in pain with no power in that leg. I could not even lift my leg but slowly with her exercises i was so much better that I could do all my work independently. She is very good. Highly recommend you go to her for any physiotherapy required as she has very deep and vast knowledge.

I went to visit Dr. jasmine for my Disc Degeneration in L5,S1 and plus I got operated for Pilonoidal sinus 5 months ago. I was in extreme pain. Like Even if I lied on bed my back was continuously paining. When I explained my condition she listened my all problems and taken my all history calmly and then she taught me some muscle strengthening exercises and done needling therapy. After needle therapy my pain got relief 70%. It was huge relief. After two weeks later I did hijama for back and it was so great. Pain was gone immediately afterwards. I am back to my routine life without any pain. still taking treatment from her for building muscle strength.I am so grateful for the things you did. Thank you for being a wonderful doctor. I will forever remain grateful not only because of your professional work but also for caring about your patient so much.
